V. Fraas Solutions in Textile becomes independent.

V. Fraas Solutions in Textiles was founded in 2008 by the company with tradition V. Fraas GmbH. A mid-sized and family-run company V. Fraas with 650 employees worldwide has developed during its 130 years of company history a high level of expertise in the fields of manufacturing textile surfaces, textile finishing and cut and sew operations. The know-how and technical expertise of a world wide brand in the apparel industry has been transferred to the field of textile reinforced concrete. In this branch of the business innovative and customer oriented solutions for technical applications are created.

Since February 2012 V. Fraas Solutions in Textiles has been registered as a subsidiary of V. Fraas GmbH with headquarters in Wüstenselbitz in Upper Franconia. Alexander Schmidt and Roy Thyroff have been appointed as managing directors.

The ZDH-ZERT audit has proved that the quality system of Solutions in Textile meets all requirements of the standard DIN EN ISO 9001.

V. Fraas is a founding member of the consortium TUDALIT®. In this way we secure for ourselves the latest discoveries in the field of "textile reinforced concrete".
