3D bi-axle warp knitting is an advancement of the bi-axle warp knitting. On these high innovative machines there originate three-dimensional knits which consist of two bi-axle external surfaces. About pile threads these surfaces are connected with each other. One receives therefore a textile structure consisting of two bi-axle knits with defined distance. Besides, let themselves vary distance of the surfaces and density of the pile threads. Also different materials are conceivable as a pile thread. This leads to the fact that even in the 3rd dimension the material qualities are adaptable to the demands made by you.

One should not forget that in bi-axle 3D warp knitting the surfaces keep all her positive qualities concerning creation and strength admission which brings two-dimensional bi-axle knits.

3D bi-axle technology exists only recently. Hence, the possibilities arising from it are only foreseeable at the current time. Ideas and visions in the most different areas already exist numerously, on sandwich panels through damping elements, multifunctional components, concrete armourings, filters, hot plates etc.

With pleasure we would further concretise these ideas and visions together with you and let arise, besides, new procedures and products.
